ONLINE & ONE TO ONE PERSONAL TRAINING

ONLINE

Option 1 – Online Personal Training – I will create a tailor made exercise programme, provide email support for any questions you have including form check on videos, help you with goal setting, and give guidance on nutrition including macronutrient targets if appropriate, use of supplementation and lifestyle optimisation.

Option 2 – Online Remote Training (Zoom / Google Meet) – Scheduled online video training sessions where I coach you through your programme for that day. You will get the same benefits and support with option 1 but with live coaching to take you through your programme.

ONE TO ONE PERSONAL TRAINING

My goal as a coach is to work with you in a cooperative manor to help get you efficiently towards your goals.

Many people who I train with have either never stepped in the gym before or are coming back after a long lay off or injury. Gyms can be a very intimidating place and many people have previously had a negative experience with an unfriendly atmosphere in a commercial gym. I feel its very important to scale the level of training to suit where you starting point is.

I coach primarily out of a private personal training studio so there is privacy and no other unpleasant gym member’s to deal with.

I’m very serious about practicing what I preach and certainly look the part, however my approach is not a ‘hardcore’ David Goggin’s style where I’m acting like some sort of drill sergeant. I am very friendly and approachable.

Through thousands of coaching hours and further thousands of hours of studying I continually perform research & refine my methods to help deliver results.

What makes the training I deliver stand out is that I have an extremely keen eye for detail and remain very focused and engaged throughout our appointments. I ensure that you are performing what I prescribe safely & effectively.

I’m all about professionalism and deliver the type of service I would expect to receive.

I warn you however, I may make you sometimes giggle during our sessions, I have a witty sense of humour.

Alongside physical training I will help you optimise your nutrition, lifestyle and use of supplementation to suit your goal whether it be Fat Loss, Muscle Building, Flexibility or Sports Performance in London or Online.

I also offer training to couples or people who have a similar goal and would like to pair up.

SPORTS SPECIFIC PERSONAL TRAINING

I have a wealth of experience working with people to help optimise their sports performance.

This includes- Climbers, Runners, Cyclists & Rugby Players.

My own activities primarily are: Climbing (primarily bouldering), Cycling, Running & Hiking.

I am also currently into my second year of four years studying The Feldenkrais Method.

Working with me whatever your sport will make you a stronger, more resilient athlete.

Sports specific training can be done in an Online Fitness Coaching or a One to One Personal Training in London format.
