I have a wealth of experience working with people to help optimise their sports performance.
This includes- Climbers, Runners, Cyclists & Rugby Players.
My own activities primarily are: Climbing (primarily bouldering), Cycling, Running & Hiking.
I am also currently into my second year of four years studying The Feldenkrais Method.

Sports specific training can be done in an Online Fitness Coaching or a One to One Personal Training in London format.
