I’ve been into sports since I can remember. Growing up next to the Italian Alps, I’ve learned how to ski before learning how to walk. Throughout my childhood I’ve played many sports until I’ve found the love for rugby that lasted 10+ years with many recognitions.
My interest for movement pushed me then to find new challenges and that’s how I’ve got into rock climbing and callisthenics which I currently still practice and into few endurance running races (10K and Half Marathons) for the past 6 years and counting.
I’m not a bodybuilder, I am a sports and fitness enthusiast.
When you hit the gym, it’s all about making your body and health better for everything else you enjoy outside of it.
I approach my own exercising as an ongoing journey of discovery on learning how to make the body work more efficiently and effectively. I learn keen insights from these hobbies that further improve how I help my clients.
My ethos is to find exercise that you enjoy and can incorporate into a lifestyle in a fun and sustainable way. The gym should help enhance your experience of life and should not be the sole focus of it.
There are few people in the fitness industry who have as much experience of coaching and even fewer who really practice what they preach to the degree that I do.
Whether your goal is Fat Loss, Muscle Gain, Improved Flexibility, Better Health or Sports Specific I will be able to help to optimise your efforts in the gym.
