I combine my personal training qualification (REPS Level III) with my extensive sports knowledge (Rugby, Rock Climbing, Endurance Running, Calisthenics, Cycling and Snowboarding) to offer the absolute best service I can.

  • I recommend working together on a weekly basis to guarantee progress and can also include access to a digital app for support & accountability outside of our live classes.
